Experience

22 years experiences in working as Manager, Area Manager & Program Manager with different organizations has been working as Coordinator and participated many training courses on different subjects, seminars, workshops and conferences on different issues, topics, subjects etc. organized by NAZIR, National NGOs, International NGOs, Donors, UNOs, and government departments. Has been implemented a total of 14 projects supported by different donors, govt. departments and international organization, which have been implemented very successfully with donors’ satisfaction. So, he has long experience on different development project planning, implementation, management, administering, monitoring and evaluation. Researching and implementing cost-saving initiatives and creating fresh new approaches to long-standing problems.

Developed team communications and information for meetings.

Managed quality assurance program including on site evaluations, internal audits and customer surveys.

Devoted special emphasis to punctuality and worked to maintain outstanding attendance record, consistently arriving to work ready to start immediately.

During my services most of the years. He was actively involved with the education support program at the decision-making level about field activities. He has got sound knowledge in managing and administering community level of respective Development program operation at Area, Branch & field level. Supervise day to day operations including in working area. Health related projects, community situation analysis on various issues able to lead people’s organization building like Federations, associations etc. Monitoring of schools; Monitoring of impart training both for PO’s and teacher’s & Refresher's Training; Report monitoring &submit the respective authority, School monitoring & evaluation. When I was engaged with NAZIR I have gathered a vast experience regarding development issues by attending various training & workshop. Not only that I am experienced on Non-formal Education Program which has been implemented by NAZIR.  I am able to engage myself as Deputy Manager (Monitoring) in the Proposed Non-Formal Education Program & Skills development training program executed by BNFE & Training.
