The mission of NAZIR is to build the capacity of the community to improve the quality of their life and create a congenial and deprivation-free society through awareness raising, education, Technical education, resource mobilization and socio-economic intervention; encouraging community participation to be able to form people's organization that will lead and perform the role of materializing sustainable community development.
NAZIR envisages a society of individuals with utmost capacity in shaping their future. There will be peaceful, healthy and democratic society where poor and hard core poor individual including all minorities/ethnics are empowered and economically self-reliant. The community will unleash their potential and actively participate in creating a sustainable development for a better nation.
The purpose of the organization is to work for productive and sustainable community action and development which will ensure and facilitate community participation individual and group development and equitable opportunities for availing and consuming resources by all classes of people.
